Who We Are
PACE International Pvt (Ltd) is a Subsidiary Company of Sanken Construction (Pvt) Ltd,
which is one of the leading construction companies in Sri Lanka.
San Developers International was established in 2004 as an in-house requirement to undertake
the Project Management / Coordinating Services of above in-house projects and later extended
to outsiders. In 2021, San Developers International (Pvt) Ltd. changed its name to
PACE International (Pvt) Ltd.
Our Company is in the forefront of Project Management & Project Co-ordination of various
projects in Sri Lanka. Sanken Construction was requested to undertake and execute many
Design & Build Turnkey type contracts of well known clients. Our team of professional
and qualified staff is fully geared to undertake and complete projects whether big or small,
to set targets with dedication, committed to professionalism from commencement to completion.
